Medaille College invites applications for a Transcript Clerk on the Buffalo campus. This position serves student, staff, faculty, and administration populations and is essential to daily Registrar Office operations. The Registrar’s Office acts as a liaison and works with all entities to support and promote student success.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, answering the Registrar’s Office phone, responding to email and front counter inquiries. Student database maintenance (Ellucian BANNER), enrollment verifications, correspondence preparation and office mailings. The successful candidate will maintain web-based transcript request processing, monitor automatic transcript requests and process transcripts, when necessary, through National Student Clearinghouse website, as well as process NYSED licensure paperwork. The transcript clerk will assist with virtual record storage, commencement ceremony preparations, interpretation and application of academic policies and procedures, as well as all special projects as assigned.
