Coordinator, Veterans Services, Post Traditional and Online Programs

Medaille College is accepting applications for a Coordinator of Veteran’s Services to serve as the centralized point of contact to assist prospective and current veterans, active duty military students and eligible dependents with navigating college resources to ensure a successful collegiate experience resulting in graduation. The primary duties for the Coordinator will involve recruitment and retention, in addition to acting as the point person for administrative tasks as required by federal, state, and local agencies.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, a Master's degree in Management, College Student Personnel, or a related field, is preferred, as well as Veteran status. Must have at least two years experience working in higher education or a governmental setting, administering activities requiring compliance with complex federal, state or other governing bodies' rules and regulations, working within a database environment to maintain records, and the ability to develop marketing plans. Must have previous experience successfully working with diverse populations.
