Admissions Coordinator, Post-Traditional Graduate and Online Programs
The Enrollment Management Division at Medaille College is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for Post-Traditional Graduate and Online Programs. This position performs a full range of moderately complex to complex office and administrative support functions. Working independently, under general supervision, the Admissions Coordinator is primarily responsible to assist in the coordination of a variety of inter-related workflow processes to ensure the timely receipt, filing, referral and processing of transcripts and all other documents related to the admission process for all graduate applicants, as well as assist in updating of records using technology and computerized databases. The Admissions Coordinator will also provide assistance and clerical administration support for the office.
This position requires an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related experience, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Three years of administrative experience, two of which should be in admissions or higher education. The successful candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of administrative, and policy driven responsibilities. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to meet frequent and changing deadlines.
